Ingredients
1 packet Arnott's Butternut Cookies
1 small banana
380g tin Nestle Top N Fill Caramel
300ml whipping cream, whipped
Method
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Heat biscuits for approximately 5 - 10 minutes in oven to soften. Then press with a soup spoon to make small indentations in each biscuit. Leave to cool.
Once cool, place a slice of banana on each. Spread caramel over the top then dollop cream on each biscuit. Chill then serve.
