Ingredients
1 x 250g packet Arnott's Milk Arrowroot Biscuits
2 packets glace cherries, chopped finely
1 x 395g can condensed milk
2/3 cup dessicated coconut
Method
- Crush biscuits in a food processor to a fine crumbs. Add cherries and pulse until chopped and mixed through.
- Pour biscuit mixture into a large bowl, add condensed milk and mix until well combined. Take a tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls then roll in coconut until coated. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
