Arnott's product: Milk Arrowroot

Chill Time: 4 hours
1 x 250g packet Arnott's Milk Arrowroot biscuits, crushed
2 tbsp cocoa
1 cup desiccated coconut
1x 395g can condensed milk
extra coconut or grated dark chocolate, for decoration
- In a large bowl combine biscuits, cocoa and coconut. Make a hollow in the middle and pour in condensed milk, stir until well combined.
- Spoon teaspoonfuls of mixture into the palm of your hand and form into balls. Roll balls in extra coconut, or grated chocolate, until coated. Place onto a tray, or plate, and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
