Arnott’s Vita Weat x Hayley Raso Giveaway Terms and Conditions   

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry.  

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. 3. To enter, entrants must  

a. Be following Arnott’s Biscuits on Facebook (@ArnottsBiscuits) and Instagram (@arnottsbiscuits) ; and-

b. Tell us their favourite Matildas moment in the comments. 

4. The promotion commences 22.08.23 5pm. Entries close 29.08.23 11:59pm AEST. If you commented on our original giveaway post made on 22.08.23 at 7pm AEST, your entry will be included in the competition.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 30.08.23 at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entries (3) will win the prize of:  

a. 1 x soccer ball signed by Hayley Raso

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. 

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the reasonable right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.  

8. If the promotion is not reasonably capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry.  

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information for the purposes of conducting the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.
