1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must

a) Be following Arnotts on Facebook (@arnottsbiscuits) or Instagram (@arnottsbiscuits) and Krispy Kreme Kreme on Facebook (@KrispyAustralia) or Instagram (@krispykremeaustralia)

b} Comment why you want to win a Krispy Kreme & Arnott’s teeVee snacks prize pack

4. The promotion commences 15.07.22 12:01am. Entries close 24.07.22 11:59pm.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 29.07.22 at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entries (5) will win the prize of:

a) 10x packets of Krispy Kreme inspired teeVee Snacks valued at $20

b) 1x dozen Krispy Kreme Original Glazed (click & collect) valued at $22.95

c) 1x Krispy Kreme Oodie

Prizes will be sent within 4 weeks of winner notification.

6. The winner will be notified by email by direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s privacy policy.
