Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry. 

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.  

3. To enter, entrants must

1. Be following Arnott’s Biscuits on Instagram (@arnottsbiscuits) and Facebook (@ArnottsBiscuits)  

2. Tag a friend and comment their favourite Arnott’s Biscuit

4. The promotion commences Monday 25th September 2023 at 9pm AEST. Entries close Wednesday 27th September 2023 at 9pm AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on Thursday 28th September at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of: 

1. 10 x a selection of Arnott’s Biscuits 

2. 1 x $1000 Flexi eGift Card 

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook and the vouchers will be sent to the winner virtually.   

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. 

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry. 

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s privacy policy.
