Arnott’s Shapes x Xbox Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must

• Be following Arnott’s Shapes on Instagram (@arnottsshapesau) and Facebook (@ArnottsShapes), and Xbox ANZ on Instagram (@xboxanz) and Facebook (@XboxANZ)

• Tag a friend

• Optional: Share the post on their story

4. The promotion commences Friday 22nd March 2024 at 5.00pm AEST. Entries close Friday 29th March 2024 11.59pm AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on Tuesday 2nd April 2024 at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of 1x Limited-Edition Barbecue Shapes Xbox Series X.

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook and the product will be sent to the winners by post. 

8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

9. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry.

10. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s privacy policy.
