Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must comment and tell us what Shapes flavour is their favourite when gaming.

4. The promotion commences on 09/05/23 at 2:30pm NZST. Entries close at 11:59pm NZST on 28/05/23.

5. Two entries will be drawn randomly on 09/06/23 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The two winning entries will each win the prize of one Xbox S Series plus 4 packs of Arnott’s Shapes, each prize valued at $560 in total. The value of the total prize pool is $1120.

7. Each winner will be notified by private message to their social account used to enter the promotion by 15/06/23. The prize will be sent to the winner within 4 weeks of winner notification.

8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

9. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry.

10. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A request to access, update, correct or delete any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
