TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Entry is only open to New Zealand residents only.

To enter, entrants must comment and tell us who they would share their Gluten Free Prize Pack with.

The promotion commences at 09:00am NZST on 18/03/24.Entries close at 10:00am NZST on 25/03/24.

Five entries will be drawn randomly by the Promoter on 26/03/24 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winning entries will win the prize of one of five Gluten Free Tim Tam Prize Packs comprising 1 x Tim Tam Candle, 1 x Tim Tam Diffuser and 2 x Gluten Free Tim Tam valued at $95 per prize. The value of the total prize pool is $475.

Each winner will be notified by direct message from this account by 26/03/24. Please do not engage with or respond to any comments or messages from unauthorised accounts posting as TimTamNZ. The prize will be sent by courier to the winner within 4 weeks of winner notification.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

If the Promoter determines, at its discretion, that the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of unauthorised or inappropriate activity in connection with the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to end the promotion and/or modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry.

The Promoter collects entrants’ information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
