Rice Cruskits with Smoked Chicken Caesar (Low FODMAP)

Ingredients

  • 60 g skinless, smoked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, diced
  • 1 Tbsp low-fat, whole egg mayonnaise
  • 2 baby cos lettuce leaves, thinly sliced
  • 2 Rice Cruskits

Method

  1. In a small bowl combine, chicken, lettuce, egg and mayo. Mix well.
  2. Spread chicken & egg mixture on top of each Cruskit.
