Quick and easy chicken, chive, mayo and avocado snack onArnott's Sao biscuits. Perfect for a snack or lunch.

Note: Arnott’s Sao not available in New Zealand.


  • 2 Arnotts Sao crackers
  • 1/2 cup shredded roast chicken
  • 1 tbs whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced


Step 1 In a small bowl combine, roast chicken, mayonnaise and chives, mix well to combine.

Step 2 Place sliced avocado on the Arnotts Sao biscuit and top with roast chicken mix.
