Easy to make frappe recipe using the new Arnott's Jaffa Delta biscuits.
Note: Arnott’s Delta Cream not available in New Zealand.
Step 1 Place Delta biscuits in a blender, process until Delta biscuits resemble fine crumbs.
Step 2 Add ice cream and milk to the blender, pulse until all combined.
Step 3 Garnish with whipped cream. Sprinkle with orange rind and crumbs.
