Tim Tam Originals, raspberries, ice-cream and milk. A delicious cold summer drink
Step 1 In a food processor, pulse, 3 Tim Tam biscuits until it resembles fine bread crumbs, set aside.
Step 2 In a blender combine milk, raspberries and ice cream; blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3 Stir in the Tim Tam crumbs, roughly chop remaining Tim Tam biscuits and use for garnish. Serve immediately.
