Quick and tasty BLT made on Arnott's Salada crackers. Perfect for a snack or lunch.
Step 1 Heat olive oil in a medium non stick fry pan. Add bacon and cook until browned or to your liking. Remove and set aside on paper towel paper.
Step 2 Spread mayonnaise over the 2 crackers, top with bacon, lettuce and tomato slices.
Step 3 Serve with cracked pepper.
