Simple, sweet and straight from the heart, our Arnott’s Scotch Finger Festive Rocky Road makes gifting easy this holiday season. What makes this recipe special is the signature buttery crunch of our famous Scotch Finger bikkies mixed with all the favourites and wrapped in decadent milk chocolate.
Step 1 Lightly grease and line a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper.
Step 2 Place chocolate in a large microwave safe bowl. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Add remaining ingredients to chocolate and stir well until combined.
Step 3 Spoon mixture into prepared pan, smoothing top. Chill for 2 hours until set.
Step 4 Cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
