Simple, sweet and straight from the heart, our Arnott’s Scotch Finger Rocky Road Recipe makes gifting easy this holiday season. What makes this rocky road recipe the best is the signature buttery crunch of our famous Scotch Finger bikkies mixed with all the favourites and wrapped in decadent milk chocolate.

Note: Arnott’s Scotch Finger not available in New Zealand.


  • 125g Arnott’s Scotch Finger Biscuits, coarsely chopped
  • 3 x 180g blocks milk chocolate, chopped
  • 200g marshmallows, halved
  • 1/3 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut


Step 1 Lightly grease and line a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper.

Step 2 Place chocolate in a large microwave safe bowl. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Add remaining ingredients to chocolate and stir well until combined.

Step 3 Spoon mixture into prepared pan, smoothing top. Chill for 2 hours until set.

Step 4 Cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
