A delicious, quick and easy treat that uses Arnott's Vita Weats and apricots.
Step 1 Pre heat oven to 180°C. Line a 27.5 x 17.5 cm slice pan.
Step 2 Place Vita Weat, apricots, coconut oil and date syrup into a food processor. Pulse until combined adding water slowly till the mixture comes together.
Step 3 Spoon mixture into slice pan and bake for 12 minutes. Set aside to cool then drizzle with melted chocolate.
Step 4 Slice into 15 bars and keep in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
