Arnott’s Vita Weat Crusted Lamb Cutlets

This crusted lamb cutlets recipe is easy to create for a quick lunch or dinner and uses Arnott's Vita Weat 9 Grains as a quick!


Ingredients

  • 6 Frenched lamb cutlets
  • 1 egg
  • 10 x Arnott’s 9 Grain Vita Weat biscuits
  • 2 tbs olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 Place Vita Weat in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Transfer to a medium bowl and Set aside.


Step 2 Place egg in a medium bowl and whisk lightly with a fork.


Step 3 Dip lamb cutlets into lightly beaten egg then dip into Vita Weat crumbs. Heat oil in a large frying pan on med high heat. Cook lamb for 3-4 mins on each side.


Step 4 Serve with whipped feta and tomato salad.
