Step 1 Place Vita Weat in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Transfer to a medium bowl and Set aside.
Step 2 Place egg in a medium bowl and whisk lightly with a fork.
Step 3 Dip lamb cutlets into lightly beaten egg then dip into Vita Weat crumbs. Heat oil in a large frying pan on med high heat. Cook lamb for 3-4 mins on each side.
