  • 2 Arnott’s Corn Cruskits
  • ¼ avocado, finely diced
  • 1 tbs black beans, washed and drained
  • 95 gm tuna in olive oil, drained
  • Chopped coriander and lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1 Place, avocado, beans, tuna and coriander in a small bowl. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
