Chicken Lovers, this one's for you! Impress your friends and family with this tasty Drummettes recipe. Chicken Crimpy's make a deliciously crunchy coating, just make sure you buy a spare pack, to eat while you're cooking!


Ingredients

Drummettes
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 190 gm pack Arnotts Chicken Crimpy Shapes
  • 750g Chicken drummettes and wingettes
  • vegetable oil spray
Dipping Sauce
  • 100 gm mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs siracha

Preparation

Step 1 Place biscuits in a snap lock bag and crush with a rolling pin until they resemble fine bread crumbs. Set aside.


Step 2 Place Shapes crumbs in a medium bowl. Place eggs in a medium bowl and lightly whisk. Place flour in a medium bowl.


Step 3 Lightly coat chicken one by one in flour, shake off any excess, dip in the egg mix, then the chicken crimpy crumbs mixture, pressing gently.


Step 4 Heat air fryer to 200°C and cook chicken in batches for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.


Step 5 For the sauce, combine mayo and siracha in a medium bowl and serve with your chicken.
