Omelettes are a terrific any time of the day meal. This recipe uses Arnott's Rice Cruskits topped with a delicious omelet, sriracha sauce and spring onions. Quick and easy for a light meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 Arnott’s Rice Cruskits
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1-2 tsp sriracha

Preparation

Step 1 Heat a small frypan and spray with olive oil, cook eggs for 3 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Place on Cruskits, top with sriracha and onions.
