This Cruskit and haved turkey, cottage cheese, cos lettuce and chives recipe is an easy no cook recipe, perfect for an easy lunch or snack.


  • 2 Arnott’s Light Cruskits
  • 2 tbs cottage cheese
  • 1-2 baby cos leaves
  • 40 gm shaved turkey (or chicken)
  • 1-2 tsp finely chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1 On each Cruskit evenly spread the cottage cheese, then lay the cos lettuce, turkey and garnish with the chives
