The best things in life can be held in one hand- and these Pizza Shapes Beef Sliders are no different! Arnott's Pizza Shapes make a declicious crumb for the beef. It'll be hard to stop at one!


  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 190gm pack Arnott’s Shapes Pizza
  • 400g sandwich steak
  • 12 mini brioche rolls
  • Cos lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Vegetable oil, for frying


Step 1 Place biscuits in a snap lock bag and crush with a rolling pin until they resemble fine bread crumbs. Set aside.

Step 2 Place Shapes crumbs in a medium bowl. Place eggs in a medium bowl and lightly whisk. Place flour in a medium bowl.

Step 3 Lightly coat steak one by one in flour, shake off any excess, dip in the egg mix, then the pizza Shapes crumbs mixture, pressing gently.

Step 4 Heat oil in a medium frypan. Cook crumbed steak in batches until golden and cooked through. Set aside on paper towel to drain.

Step 5 Warm slider buns and spread with mayonnaise. Top with crumbed beef, season with salt and add lettuce.
