Make these mouth watering golden chicken tenders, our secret tip is using Arnott's Vita Weat as the crumbs!
Step 1 Pre heat oven to 200°C. line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Step 2 In a food processor, process Vita-Weat until crumbs. Place in a medium bowl with lemon rind, stir and set aside. Place eggs in a medium bowl and lightly whisk.
Step 3 Coat chicken tenders, one by one in the egg mix, then the Vita-Weat crumb mixture, pressing gently. Place on baking tray, spray well with olive oil spray. Bake for 25 mins our until golden and cooked through.
Step 4 In a small bowl combine yoghurt and lemon juice.
Step 5 Season tenders as desired, serve with salad and yoghurt dipping sauce.
