Four ways to fancy up Jatz Crackers

Summer entertaining for a crowd can be tough. Why not try these quick canape ideas to fancy up your Arnott’s Jatz crackers.

Crab meat, mayonnaise and chives 


1 box Arnott’s Jatz 

140g Blue Swimmer crab meat 

¼ cup good quality mayonnaise 

½ bunch chives, finely chopped 



1. Combine crab meat and mayonnaise in a bowl.  

2. Spoon onto Jatz cracker.  

3. Sprinkle with chives. 

4. Serve. 

Prawn with mango and chilli salsa 


½ box Arnott’s Jatz 

300gm cooked prawns, peeled 

½ fresh med mango, finely diced 

½ long red chili, finely diced 



1. Combine diced mango and chilli in a bowl.  

2. Place peeled prawn onto Jatz cracker.  

3. Spoon mango chilli salsa on top.  

4. Serve.  

Aged cheddar and pickled red onions

1 box Arnott’s Jatz

Crumbly cheddar cheese

Pickled red onions


1. Place a generous wedge of cheddar cheese on to a Jatz cracker.

2. Top with pickled red onion.

3. Serve.

Cabanossi and cheddar cheese


1 box Arnott’s Jatz

2-3 sticks cabanossi, sliced

Cheddar cheese, sliced


1. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on to a Jatz cracker.

2. Top with slice of cabanossi.

3. Serve.
