  • 4 x Vita-WEAT Soy & Linseed crispbreads
  • 8 x slices avocado
  • 4 x cos lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 x cup chickpeas, drained, roughly smashed

METHOD:

  • 1. Top each Vita-Weat with a cos lettuce leaf & 2 slices avocado. Add a tablespoon chickpeas smash & sliced red onion.
