Tim Tam Birth-Month Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Tag someone who celebrates their birthday in February and comment your favourite birthday tradition!

4. The promotion commences Wednesday 28th February 2024 at 5.00pm AEST. Entries close Sunday 3rd March 2024 11.59pm AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on Monday 4th March 2024 at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of 1x 200g Tim Tam Original, 1x 200g Tim Tam Double Coat, 1x 165g Tim Tam White and 2x 175g Tim Tam Deluxe, 1x Tim Tam Mug, 1x pair of Tim Tam Socks, all wrapped up in our bespoke Tim Tam 60th Birthday packaging.

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook from our official Tim Tam account and the product will be sent to the winners by post.

8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

9. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry.

10. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s privacy policy.
