Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must be following the @ArnottsShapesNZ Facebook page, like the post and comment their favourite flavour of Arnott’s Shapes.

4. The promotion commences on 17/04/24 at 12:00pm NZST. Entries close at 10am NZST on 22/04/24.

5. Two (2) entries will be drawn randomly on 22/04/24 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The 2 winners drawn will each win the prize of 4 tickets to the One New Zealand Warriors game Thursday 25/04/24 valued at $40NZD per ticket. No travel expenses are included in the prize.

7. The winners will be notified by private message to their social account used to enter the promotion by 23/04/24. The prize will be emailed to the winner within 1 day of winner notification.

8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

9. Use of tickets is subject to the National Rugby League Event Terms and Conditions set out below. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these terms and conditions of entry.

10. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
