1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) Like the post

b) Tag a friend

c) Be following Arnott’s Biscuits NZ, Tim Tam NZ & Shapes NZ on Instagram (@arnottsbiscuitsNZ, @timtamnz, @arnottsshapesnz)

4. The promotion commences on 20 May 2026 at 4:00pm NZST. Entries close 25th May 2026 at 9:00am NZST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 25th May 2026 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winning entry (5) will win the prize of:

a) 10 x packets of Arnott’s Biscuits (random selection)

b) 1 x $500 voucher to spend at Peter Alexander

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. The Arnott’s product prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address within 4 weeks of winner notification. The winner must reside in New Zealand.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

9.The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Privacy Policy.
