Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.
3. To enter, entrants must:
a) Tag their festie buddy
b) Comment what festival they are looking forward to the most
c) Be following the @ArnottsShapesNZ Instagram or @ArnottsShapesNZ Facebook page
4. The promotion commences on 01/12/25 at 9:00am NZST. Entries close at 12pm NZST on 12/12/25.
5. One (1) entry will be drawn randomly on 12/12/25 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of:
a) $1,000 Prezzy Card.
b) 2 Shapes bucket hats (valued at $60 NZD).
c) Summer supply of Shapes (this equated to 36 packs, valued at $144 NZD).
6. The 1 winner will be notified by private message to their social account used to enter the promotion by 13/12/25. The Shapes bucket hats will be sent by courier to the winner within 4 weeks of winner notification.
7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these terms and conditions of entry.
9. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A request to access, update, correct or delete any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
