1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must: 

- Be following Arnott’s Shapes on Instagram (@arnottsshapesau) and Facebook (@ArnottsShapes)

- Tag a friend and comment on either the Instagram or Facebook post 

4. The promotion commences 24 September 2026 at 5:00pm AEST. Entries close 30 September 2026 at 11:00am AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 30 September 2026 at 12:00pm AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entries (2) will win the prize of:

1. 1 x signed Penrith Panther’s 60th Anniversary Jersey in black (random selection)

OR

1. 1x signed Penrith Panther’s 60th Anniversary Jersey in pink (random selection)

6. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook.  The 1x Penrith Panther’s jersey prize will be sent to each of  the winner’s nominated addresses.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below.
