Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) Like the post

b) Be following Arnott’s Shapes NZ on Instagram (arnottsshapesnz) or Facebook (Arnott’s Shapes NZ)

c) Tag someone they’d share their season’s supply with.

4. The promotion commences on the 28th of May 2026 at 4:00pm NZST. Entries close on the 4th of June 2026 at 12.00pm NZST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on the 5th June 2026 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of:

a) a season’s supply of Shapes. This equates to 91 packs and is valued at $363 NZD (RRP).

6. The winner will be notified by direct message. The Shapes will be sent to the winner’s nominated address within 4 weeks of winner notification.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A request to access, update, correct or delete any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
