Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) Be following @arnottsshapesnz on Instagram or Facebook

b) Like the post

c) Tag a mate

4. The promotion commences on 02/09/26 at 9:00am NZST. Entries close at 11:59pm NZST on 09/09/26.

5. Three (3) entries will be drawn randomly on 10/09/26 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winning entries (3) will each win the prize of:

a) 2 x Wah’Cho Cheese caps (valued at $60 NZD)

b) 2 x Arnott’s Shapes Wah’cho Cheese Packs (valued at $7.98 NZD).

6. The 3 winners will be notified by private message to their social account used to enter the promotion by 10/09/26. The prize will be sent by courier to the winner within 4 weeks of winner notification.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these terms and conditions of entry.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A request to access, update, correct or delete any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
