1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) Be following @arnottsshapesau and @xboxanz on Instagram

b) Tag a friend and comment your favourite Shapes flavour

4. The promotion commences 12 December 2025 at 6:00pm AEST. Entries close 16 December 2025 at 10:00am AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 16 December 2025 at 11:00am AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of:

1x ROG Xbox Ally X 24GB RAM 1TB

1x $100 Xbox Gift card

1 x Shapes Prize Pack including Arnott’s Shapes + a Flavour of Summer Shapes Merch pack

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook. The Arnott’s product prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address. The prize will not arrive to the winners nominated address until January 2026.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Privacy Policy.
