4. The promotion commences 21st August 2025 at 11:00am AEST. Entries close 31st August 2025 11:59pm AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 1st of September 10am AEST. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of:

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. The Arnott’s product prize including merchandise will be sent to the winner’s nominated Australian address.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Privacy Policy.
