1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) Follow @timtam and @coeliacaustralia on Instagram and Facebook

b) Tag a friend

c) Comment your favourite way to enjoy a Gluten Free Tim Tam

4. The promotion commences 25th June 2026 at 5pm AEST. Entries close 2nd July 2026 at 11.59pm AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 3rd July 2026 at 10:00am AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (4):

a) (1) gift box comprised of (52) packets of Gluten Free Tim Tam

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook. The Arnott’s product prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s Privacy Policy which can be found at Privacy Policy.
