Arnott’s Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions 

1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) Be following Arnott’s Shapes (@arnottsshapesau) and Karate Kid: Legends (@karatekidmovie) on Instagram

b) Tag someone you would take to the preview screening

4. The promotion commences 27 May 2025 at 5:00pm AEST. Entries close 29 May 2025 at 9:00am AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 29 May 2025 at 10:00am AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of: 

a) Four tickets to the Sydney VIP Preview Screening of the new Karate Kid: Legends movie (Saturday May 31, 2:45pm arrival) – flights and accommodation not included. 

b) Arnott’s Shapes Fully Loaded range (1 pack of each flavour in the Fully Loaded range).  

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. The Arnott’s product prize (range of Fully Loaded Shapes) will be sent to the winner’s nominated address and the movie ticket prize will be sent to the winner virtually.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. 

8.If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions. 

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Privacy Policy.
