Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.

3. To enter, entrants must be following the @timtamnz on Instagram or @Arnotts Tim Tam NZ Facebook page, like the post and comment why your mum deserves the prize pack.  

4. The promotion commences on 07/05/25 at 9:00am NZST. Entries close at 3pm NZST on 14/05/25.  

5. Two (2) entries will be drawn randomly on 14/05/25 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland.  The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

6. The 2 winners drawn will each win the prize of a Tim Tam Indulgence Kit. This includes a Tim Tam Candle, a Tim Tam Diffuser and 2 packets of Tim Tam biscuits, valued at $93 NZD. 

7. The 2 winners will be notified by private message to their social account used to enter the promotion by 14/05/25.  The Tim Tam Indulgence Kit will be sent by courier to the winner within 4 weeks of winner notification.

8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. 

9. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these terms and conditions of entry.  

10. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A request to access, update, correct or delete any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy. 

11. The Promoter is Arnott’s New Zealand Limited of 61 Davis Crescent, Newmarket, Auckland 1023, New Zealand.
