1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) Be following Tim Tam (@timtam) and Breville (@brevilleaus) on Instagram

b) Tag a friend

c) Comment what coffee you will Tim Tam slam with

4. The promotion commences Wednesday 1st October 2025 at 7:00am AEST. Entries close Sunday 5th October 2025 at 11.59pm AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 6th October 2025 at 10:00am AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of:

a) (1) Breville Barista Express Espresso Machine

b) (1) Bespoke ‘Coffee Lover’ packet of Tim Tam Deluxe Cafe Latte

c) (4) Packets of Tim Tam Deluxe Cafe Latte and (5) packets of Tim Tam Original

d) (2) Tim Tam hug mugs

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram from (@timtam). The prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s Privacy Policy which can be found at Privacy Policy.
