Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.
3. To enter, entrants must:
A) Be following Tim Tam (@timtam) and Park Hyatt Sydney (@parkhyattsydney) on Instagram
B) Comment your dream indulgent Mother’s Day
C) Tag who you’d bring with you if you won
4. The promotion commences 1st May 2026 at 7am AEST. Entries close 7th May 2026 at 11.59pm AEST.
5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 8th May 2026 at 10am AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of:
A) High tea for 2 people with a glass of champagne on arrival (voucher redeemable for 6 months at Park Hyatt Sydney only. Tim Tam High Tea is available until end of June 2026, subject to availability. Any voucher redeemed after this date will be valid for the standard High Tea offering only. Advance reservations are required.)
B) 1 night stay for 2 people in a King City Harbour View room at Park Hyatt Sydney (voucher valid until the end of October 2026. Not valid on public holidays or the eve of public holidays, subject to availability and advance reservations are required. Incidental charges are not included).
C) Tim Tam prize pack
Total prize value worth $1650 AUD
6. Any costs associated with travel to and from Park Hyatt Sydney are the responsibility of the winner.
7. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram from the Tim Tam account (@timtam). If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. The Tim Tam prize pack and vouchers will be sent to the winner’s nominated address. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
9. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.
10. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s Privacy Policy which can be found at Privacy Policy.
