Arnott’s Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) Like the giveaway post

b) Be following Tim Tam (@TimTam) and Sunday Supply Co. (@sundaysupply.co) on Instagram

c) Tag a friend who you'd love to spend a beach day with

d) Share to your story for a bonus entry

4. The promotion commences 7 January 2026 at 5:00pm AEST. Entries close 11 January 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 12 January 2026 at 10:00am AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of:

• 1 x Golden Splice light beach umbrella

• 1 x Golden towelling cooler bag, filled with (24) Tim Tam Mangoes & Cream biscuits

• 1 x Golden beach towel

• 1 x Golden beach chair

• 1 x Golden towelling accessories pouch

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram from the official Tim Tam account (@timtam). The Arnott’s product prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s Privacy Policy which can be found at Privacy Policy.
