Want to give your brekkie or brunch a wholesome boost? Break out the blender and give the delicious (and photogenic) Shredded Wheatmeal Smoothie Bowl a whirl? Quick and easy to make, this nourishing bowl is filled with fruit and sprinkled with the yummy crunch of crushed Arnott’s Shredded Wheatmeal bikkies.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Makes: 1 serving
2 Arnott’s Shredded Wheatmeal biscuits, crushed
½ medium banana
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup skim milk (or almond milk)
1 tblsp blueberries
½ kiwifruit, sliced
½ tsp chia seeds
Step 1
Blend banana, raspberries and milk until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Top with Arnott’s Shredded Wheatmeal biscuit crumbs, blueberries, kiwi and chia all in rows. Serve immediately.
