Allergens  

Our products may contain allergens. Please refer to the packaging on each product for the full list of ingredients and allergens or contact us directly to enquire about allergens in our products.  

Delivery  

At present, we only accept orders for delivery within Australia.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within three (3) business days of receiving the order (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Processing may take longer during certain times of year, such as prior to Christmas each year. We do not process orders until our payment processor confirms to us that it has received payment for the order.  

Delivery of your order usually takes between 5 to 7 business days from the dispatch date. We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Australia Post’s delivery times vary depending on delivery location and are subject to change. We do not have any control over delivery times once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse.

We recommend that someone be present during business hours to accept and sign for your delivery. If no one is present to accept delivery, a parcel collection notice will be left at the delivery address with instructions on how to collect your order.

Shipping Fees  

Shipping fees cover packaging and delivery costs. Shipping fees will be charged in addition to the prices of the goods you purchase. The delivery fee is set out in the ‘Cart’ section of the website when you place an order.

A flat rate shipping fee of AU$10 applies.

Free shipping is applied to orders over AU$99.

Order Cancellation  

Once you have placed your order, it cannot be changed cancelled or changed. Please choose wisely before placing your order.

This website may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas, however, we only accept orders for delivery within Australia at this time.  We make no representations or warranties that the content of this web site complies with the laws of any country outside Australia. If you access this website from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in the place where you are located.
