1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must: a) Be following Arnott’s Biscuits on Instagram (@arnottsbiscuits) b) Like the post c) Tell us in the comments (25 words or less) why they’re the ultimate Blockhead and deserve an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of The Block 2025!

4. The promotion commences Sunday 31st August 2025 at 7pm AEST. Entries close 4th September 2025 at 11.59pm AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 5th September at 10am AEST. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of: a) 10 x packets of Arnott’s Biscuits (random selection) b) 2 x guided tour through all 5 x The Block houses c) Return flights to Melbourne, VIC (including transfers to Daylesford) d) Two (2) nights’ accommodation at Albert Hotel Daylesford – twin share (or similar) with no breakfast

6. There will be one (1) prize available to be won by Australian residents only. The first valid entry drawn from entries received will win the ultimate blockhead experience prize for two (2) people (to be taken 10th October) valued at up to AUD$4,200, depending on date and point of departure. Prize is for two (2) people and includes: 1 Two (2) return economy flights to Melbourne, Victoria from the winner’s closest Australian major city airport being Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adeliade, Hobart, Canberra or Darwin (only provided if winner resides outside of Victoria, Australia). If the winner is from Victoria, Australia, then the prize does not include airfares, and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash. 2 Accommodation for (2) two people for (2) nights in Albert Hotel Daylesford – twin share (or similar) with no breakfast in Daylesford, VIC, 3460. 3 Return transfers from Melbourne Airport to accommodation in Daylesford and back to be provided via transfer vehicle. 4 A behind the scenes walkthrough of The Block 2025 houses. 5 Tour will be conducted on Friday 10th October 2025 at 2pm 6 Tour is approximately 1.5 hours long and is not a private tour.

7. Spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken 10th October 2025 and is subject to booking and flight availability. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Winners and their companion/s are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. Winners and their companion/s must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.

8. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or part of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited.

9. If a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or element of the prize) with a prize to the equal value or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

10. Total prize pool value is up to AU$4,200.

11. Travel is subject to the following terms and conditions: Travel is valid for 9-11 October 2025. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is non refundable or transferable. In the event the winner is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Winner is responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen accommodation, unless otherwise stated. Any additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companions as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Prizewinner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.

12. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. The Arnott’s product prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address and the details of the prize will be sent to the winner virtually.

13. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

14. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

15. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.arnotts.com/privacy-policy
