Ingredients

  • 5 Arnott’s Kingston biscuits, plus 1 cut in half to garnish
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce/topping, plus extra to garnish
  • 4 scoops of chocolate ice cream
  • 400ml milk
  • Whipped cream, to serve

Preparation

Step 1
Place 3 Arnott’s Kingston biscuits in a small blender and process until they resemble small crumbs; set aside.
Step 2
Drizzle a little of the chocolate topping around inside the glasses.
Step 3
Place ice cream, the remaining 2 Arnott’s Kingston biscuits and milk in a blender. Blend for 1 min or until thoroughly combined.
Step 4
Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream, extra sauce, biscuit crumbs and the extra halved Arnott’s Kingston biscuit.
