Deliciously quick and easy, these Mini TeeVee Snacks Ice Cream Cakes are perfect for a midweek dessert. We've gone with raspberry lollies, but feel free to experiment with your favorite sweet treats.
In a large bowl combine softened ice cream, chopped lollies and biscuits. Stir well to combine everything.

Spoon into ½ cup silicon molds, freeze overnight
Step 3
Combine melts and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl on medium power until melted, stir to combine, let this sit for a couple of minutes to cool slightly. Remove ice cream from molds, place on a rack and drizzle with chocolate. Top with extra lollies.
