Ingredients

  • 1 litre vanilla ice cream
  • 175g pkt original TeeVee Snacks
  • 95g (1/2 x 190g pkt) raspberry lollies quartered
  • 50g dark choc melts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1
In a large bowl combine softened ice cream, chopped lollies and biscuits. Stir well to combine everything.
Step 2
Spoon into ½ cup silicon molds, freeze overnight
Step 3
Combine melts and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl on medium power until melted, stir to combine, let this sit for a couple of minutes to cool slightly. Remove ice cream from molds, place on a rack and drizzle with chocolate. Top with extra lollies.
