Ingredients

  • 24 Arnott’s Jatz
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 200g chocolate melts
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • Sea salt

Preparation

Step 1
Arrange half of the Jatz crackers on a baking paper-lined tray.
Step 2
Spoon peanut butter onto the Jatz (about 2 teaspoons) onto each Jatz and top with remaining Jatz, pressing gently to sandwich together. Refrigerate until the peanut butter is firm, about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Place the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on medium for 30 seconds. Stir, then continue to microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until chocolate has melted.
Step 4
Dip each Jatz sandwich into chocolate, allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing flat on same lined baking tray. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until chocolate is set. Sprinkle with sea salt.
