Indulge in a slice of sweet marshmallow and chocolatey goodness with our Wagon Wheel Marshmallow Slice! Picture a crunchy biscuit base with a fluffy cloud of marshmallow, all enrobed in smooth milk chocolate and topped with Wagon Wheel biscuits.
Grease and line 28cm x 18 cm slice pan with baking paper, extending 2 cm above pan edges.
Step 2
Arrange 12 Scotch Finger biscuits, flat side down, over base of prepared pan. Combine marshmallows and milk in a small saucepan over a low heat. Stir for about 5 min or until melted, and smooth. Set aside to cool for 20 min.
Step 3
In the meantime, whip the cream to soft peaks. Fold cream into cooled marshmallow and stir until all combined. Pour the mixture over the Scotch Finger biscuits and smooth over. Place in the refrigerator for 30 min.
Step 4
Place melts in a medium heatproof bowl and microwave for 1-2 min on medium power, stirring regularly. Pour over marshmallow filling into pan. Spread evenly.
Step 5
Place the Wagon Wheels over chocolate. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set. To serve, lift slice from pan. Cut into pieces.
