Ingredients

  • 3 Arnott’s Choc Scotch Finger biscuits
  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • ¼ cup Cocoa
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 200ml milk
  • 100gm butter

Preparation

Step 1
Divide chopped Choc Scotch Finger biscuits into two large mugs. In a medium bowl combine flour, cocoa, sugar and mix to break up any lumps. Add milk and melted butter. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Divide mixture into two mugs (250ml per cup capacity) and pour batter over biscuit.
Step 3
Place into microwave and cook on medium for 2 minutes.
