Ingredients

  • 250g Arnott’s Clix
  • 1-2 medium cucumbers, sliced
  • 100gm Danish Fetta, cut into 1cm x 1cm cubes
  • 1 punnet Tiny Toms tomatoes, halved
  • Cheddar, sliced thickly, approx. 2 cm

Preparation

Step 1
Arrange Clix into a Christmas tree shape to match your platter. You may use 25 Arnott’s Clix.
Step 2
Top the Clix with a slice of cucumber, fetta and tomato.
Step 3
Use a 7 cm star cutter and push through the cheddar slice. Place on the top of the Clix tree.
Step 4
Serve with extra Clix.
