Ingredients

  • 250g Arnott’s Clix crackers
  • 250g cream cheese, softened slightly
  • 200g block Greek Fetta
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbs paprika

Preparation

Step 1
In a small bowl of a food processor place 1/4 pack of Clix, pulse to create fine crumbs. Place crumbs into a small bowl. Place chives and paprika in small bowls and set aside.
Step 2
Wipe out food processor bowl and add cream cheese and fetta, pulse to combine. Roll mixture into balls. Roll into chives, paprika and Clix crumbs. Place onto a serving platter and chill.
Step 3
Remove balls from the fridge, place on a platter and top with a whole Arnott’s Clix.

Notes

  • Mix up your platter by adding cucumber or capsicum sticks!
